While Les Lunes is rooted in estate-grown fruit and long-term vineyard leases, Populis allows us to explore a wider range of expressions by sourcing fruit from a network of trusted growers across California. These partners farm organically and sustainably, from Mendocino to Lodi to the Sierra Foothills, and share our belief that great wine begins in healthy, living vineyards.

Populis wines are made with minimal intervention and native fermentations. The result is bright, honest, and expressive wines meant to be enjoyed. They’re casual, unpretentious, and a bit playful—without compromising on quality.

With Populis, we get to stay experimental while celebrating the character of California’s diverse wine regions. These wines are a snapshot of the state’s incredible range.
